Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SEAL Digital Solutions' website and products (Swaagat Lite, Swaagat Lite Pro, Swaagat, and Swaagat Pro). By using our website or subscribing to a SEAL product, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

SEAL provides hospitality software on a subscription basis, as described on our Pricing page. Setup fees (where applicable) are one-time; subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information for setup and billing.
  • Use the products in compliance with applicable Indian law, including data protection and consumer protection regulations.
  • Ensure guest-facing communication (menus, offers) is accurate and not misleading.

Payments & Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable but no further charges apply after cancellation takes effect.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime across all products but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Limitation of Liability

SEAL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products, including lost revenue due to service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
