- Contact details you provide directly — name, business name, phone number, and email — when you book a demo or scan a QR menu.
- Basic usage information from our website, such as pages visited, to help us improve the site.
- Guest information processed on behalf of our hospitality clients (e.g. names and phone numbers captured during QR ordering) — this data belongs to the client business, not SEAL.
How We Use Information
- To respond to demo requests and provide customer support.
- To operate the products a client business has subscribed to (menus, ordering, WhatsApp AI, dashboards).
- To send product updates or offers, only if you've opted in.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to run our products (such as WhatsApp Business API, payment processors, and cloud hosting), and only to the extent required to deliver the service.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted hosting and access controls, to protect the data we process. No system is 100% secure, and we continuously work to improve our safeguards.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at mruthyunjay@sealdigitalsolutions.in. Business clients can request deletion of guest data collected through their SEAL products at any time.
