Why isn't there a fixed price list?
Swaagat is sold as five independent modules combined into a Solution around your business — a café's setup looks nothing like a multi-property hotel group's. We quote based on which modules you need and your property size.
Can I start small and add modules later?
Yes. Every module shares one guest profile and one dashboard, so adding Digital Ordering, AI Concierge, Room Service or Voice later doesn't mean starting over.
How long does setup take?
Most single-module setups (like Digital Menu) go live in 24–48 hours. Full Solutions typically take 3–7 days, including staff training.
What does Enterprise pricing look like?
Enterprise is quoted per property plus the centralized management layer — reach out with your property count and mix of Solutions and we'll put together a proposal.
